The BEARS hold a monthly membership meeting on the second Wednesday of every month except July and August.   Meetings are held on the second floor of the Manchester EOC building, 321 Olcott Street, Manchester, CT 06040 at 7 PM.

Prior to the meeting, some of the BEARS meet for an informal dinner at an area restaurant.
